From volunteering at shelters and food banks to assisting with community beautification projects, Sophomore Service Day emphasizes the importance of compassion, leadership, and social responsibility. The Junior Retreat is an unforgettable experience designed to inspire and prepare our juniors to embrace the call to Servant Leadership as they step into their roles as senior leaders. This transformative retreat emphasizes leadership that is rooted in compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to serving others, all while strengthening relationships with in the class and building the foundational skills needed to lead effectively.
The retreat takes place at Cielo Vista Team Challenge and Ropes Course, a premier facility known for its engaging and impactful activities that challenge individuals and groups to grow together. The ropes course provides the perfect backdrop for fostering trust, building strong connections, and learning to work collaboratively as a team. It's a hands-on, action-oriented way for students to discover their leadership potential while having fun in a safe, supportive, and dynamic environment.
Seniors have the opportunity to attend one of two Kairos retreats held each year, offering a transformative experience. This four-day retreat provides students with a sacred space to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationship with God. Through reflection, prayer, and shared experiences, students gain insights that help them cultivate a stronger sense of purpose and spiritual grounding.
