School Food Service Program
We're excited to introduce the Antonian Dining Collection, a fresh campus dining experience created in partnership with San Antonio Chef and Restaurateur Jason Dady.
Featuring fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and quality meals, our program is designed to nourish students, support wellness, and bring the Apache community together.

Apache Dining Express
The Apache Dining Express store sells breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.; lunch/grab & go items during the student lunch periods; and grab & go items after school Monday - Friday from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Apache Dining Express is located in the Student Center.
Apache Dining Main Line
The Apache Dining main line is open during the student lunch periods. There are two lines: serving the daily hot plate, which includes an entrée, side, and an iced drink. An a la carte selection includes items such as chicken tenders, baked potatoes, fries, soups, etc. The Apache Dining main line is also located in the Student Center.
Methods of Payment:
Both the Apache Dining Express and the Apache Dining main line accept cash, credit card, and Apache Dining cards as forms of payment. The Apache Dining cards are prepaid, re-loadable cards which can be purchased before and after school in the Apache Dining Express store. There is no cash back option on the Apache Dining cards.
In the event of a lost card, students are advised to inquire at the school office or the Business Office whether a lost card has been turned in. The Apache Dining staff can cancel a lost card and issue a new card with a transfer of the balance. A $5.00 lost card fee will be charged for this process. Students are strongly encouraged to put their names on their cards.
Any student that does not have money or a card is sent to the Business Office for a lunch voucher. Vouchers can be used for daily hot meal options only. They can not be used from grab & go snack items. The Business Office staff then adds the value of any issued voucher to the student’s FACTS tuition account.
